They are very poorly organized here. This is the third time I've been in here to pick up items I had already purchased (some that needed embroidery and some special orders) and they have never once been able to walk over to the corner and easily and quickly find my order. Meanwhile the line is building up behind me while they are literally spending 10-20 minutes searching for my order. Every. Single. Time.
Half the items don't have prices on them and when you ask how much something is they will give you a range, "the shirts are between 13 and 17 dollars". Well, if you are buying multiple uniforms for multiple children a five dollar price difference adds up.
If you must go, and unfortunately a lot of parents must go, then plan on at least waiting in line for twenty plus minutes. Even folding the clothes to put in the bag takes forever, I mean, we're just going to take them home and wash them!
I will definitely be complaining to the school about this arrangement.
