This place is pathetic!!!!!! I checked in for a haircut via the Great Clips app and showed up 1 minute prior to my check in and the ladies refused to cut my hair because I wasn't inside there building before they closed. I had no idea they closed at 7pm. My check in was at 7:16pm. The lady was rude. All she would say was "call corporate". Nothing on my check in states I need to be inside there building at a certain time. The worst part about this is that they weren't even walking out the door. They still had a customer inside and another one leaving. Oh and they will miss my $10-$20 tips I leave. It's like the girls there make NO money because they are extremely excited with the tips I leave.
