DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are a complete scam!!!!! I would give no stars if I could. We paid a deposit of $1175, and to my surprise after we moved out they still charged us an additional $510.50. I attached a photo of the breakdown of everything they charged. Mind you everything they charged for, were things that should be done after a tenant moves out like, cleaning the carpet and painting the walls. Also keep in mind my family and I kept that place in great condition and cleaned the house spic and span before we moved out but.....surprise!!!! They will still stick you with a bill after your move out. It's all a scam, they offer you $500 off your first month bill if you move in within a certain time but then guess what they stick it to you at the end, to get that back from you. Trust me stay far away from this company as you can, don't make the same mistake my family and I did by renting with these crooks YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! Update- Tricon reached out to me to me via yelp (as you can see) to "resolve the problem", I emailed them as they requested and still have yet to hear back from them. It just goes to show that there "great customer service" is ALL just a front!!
