Horrible customer service!
I would give this place zero stars if it were an option because I've never actually had an experience with anyone here! I called and left a message 3 different times requesting information about classes for my 5yr old and was told in the message that I would get a call back within one business day. I called back 24hrs later after not getting a call back and no one again answered the phone. Finally, after waiting the weekend, I showed up to the studio on Monday morning to check it out for myself. Says they open at 9am...there is a visible sign that says "OPEN" but no lights on and no one sitting at the front desk. So here I am, 9:20am with again, no one available. Apparently these people don't need your business that badly! You can see on my wrist watch it is 9:24am!
