I used to go to Dr. Joe when I was a kid. Moved back to the city and wanted to go to him again but quickly learned that he does not bill insurance directly. So this is not about the money but about doing what's convenient for your clients...not you. Needless to say, I'm still looking for a new dentist in the Bloor West area. Give your head a shake Dr. Joe...it's 2014. By the way, his receptionist still had enough tech to access our policies to get a quote!
