Booked appointments too close together. Didn't have time to finish all my services.
I had a am appointment for a hair cut and eyebrow wax. She greeted me, introduced herself and varified that we were doing a cut and eyebrows. The stylist did a wonderful job on the cut and style. I don't feel like she rushed through in when she was behind. I am happy with the cut. There was no time for my eyebrows which she didn't even mention. She gave me coupons and rushed me over to pay, no apology. Nothing. I mean she didn't even tell me she wasn't going to do it. It was light there was no mention of eyebrows what so ever. And the person who had the appointment after me was waiting for at least a half an hour. If this review was based on the cut along it would be 5*. I ended up have to go to a second salons to get my brows done.
