I would give ZERO stars if possible. Save your time, money, and frustration -- do not use this company! They are incompetent at scheduling and no managers available. They took my info n sent a local branch manager an email to call me back, as they state there is no direct line...wonder why? Most likely bc they would spend all day on the phone with dissatisfied customers like me. Ugh I'm ready to pull my hair. They have no ability to schedule a correct time or date. After screwing up my reservation 3x's, yesterday they said someone would be at my house today from 8a-9a...I just found out from a worker at my house that someone was there last night at 545pm. This is an ongoing issue, very frustrating...I'm writing to deter you from this incompetence...stay away and look for a smaller company that cares about quality and professional customer service.
