I went in with my sister to return her engagement ring because her fiancé was abusing her and they split up, two of the women (one of them was the assistant manager) were helping us and proceeded to tell us she was not aloud to return it because it wasn't within her 30 days. She bought the ring on the 30th of January 2016 and tried to return it on the 21st of February 2016, which is before 30 days. She is barely able to talk and explain her situation and they just dismiss her and think she is trying to scam them. I recommend never purchasing from this Kay jewlers, or let alone any Kay jewlers.
