I don't understand how any burger, anywhere could take as long as this steak and shake does to make a flat burger and some French fries. I understand it's made to order but this location is so slow I could literally go down the street to burgatory, get seated and finish my meal in the time it takes them to get you through the drive through. They are extremely lucky they are the only one in the area because they would get no business if there was another with a 15 mile radius of this time suck.
Update: Waited a half hour for a simple burger and my order was wrong and the fries were cold and half filled. I will never come to this location again. I was promised a refund due to the service I received (or lack there of) and it was never issued. Please save your time and money and eat anywhere else.
