What a disappointment !!!! I have strayed here several times and this visit has been the most disappointing. The line to check in was long and took quite a while just to get to the check on desk. Once at the desk they are unable to honor my reservation. I asked for a non smoking room with a king size bed near the ground floor. Instead I was placed in a non smoking room with two queen size beds on the eleventh floor . Directions on how to find the room were not very clear and it took me an hour to finally locate the room. After a six hour drive, I was tired and hungry. Room service ended at ten, since it took so long to find my room I was not able to utilize room service . I was reluctant to venture out to find some place that served sandwiches for fear I would never find my way back to my room. Room decour is not Bellagio worthy. I cannot say it enough, this visit was very disappointing !!!!
