The customer service was outstanding. Angel is very knowledgeable about printers and ink/toner cartridges. Not just a clerk, but a true professional. They offer a lot of incentives, but I found the pricing to be very spendy. I could have purchased genuine HP cartridges for what I was charged for the after market units they sell here. And I would not have to deal with the annoying dialog box that pops up stating my cartridges are not genuine HP, everytime i print something. Having said that, they were convenient and if you need it now, they have them in stock. So, "A" for convenience and customer service. "D" for pricing, although some may find it a worthwhile compromise, I will likely plan better and source my cartridges in a more economical manner.
