Went here on a referral from my primary care physician. Needed a diabetes related eye exam. What I got was a underhanded setup. One of the things they do is give you an eye exam that is not covered unless you are buying glasses and have that insurance. I kept asking "why are we doing this". Answer was "we do this for everyone". This is dishonest. I did not need this and they charged me for it. I had to pay out of pocket. On top of that the rude person doing the exam took my prescription glasses and put them in some sort of frame to measure them. They didn't handle with care and scratched the lenses. I was just looking at them when I decided to write this review. Did get a medical exam. They said I was ok as far as diabetes damage. Turns out that was wrong. A few months later I had problems in my right eye. The new eye doctor told me I had advanced retinopathy. This place is not for medical needs. Do not go here for that. If you want to pay outrageous prices for eye glasses then this is your place. The only reason they go through the phony eye exam at the front end is because they want to sell you glasses.
