Rollicious is an awesome and entertaining idea for another ice cream place downtown. I'm not going to be too harsh on it because it is just starting up and they will of course have some errors but I hope they will be improved and I will definitely be stopping by again to check. The ice cream itself was very good and tasted true to the flavor I ordered. I got 'Pink' which was essentially strawberry. I liked how you got to addd as many toppings as you like to your rolls and they were displayed very artfully as well. My one bone to pick of course is the speed. It is fun to watch the rolling and ice cream making process but it does take rather long and you watch a lot of them before it's actually your turn when it's busy. The workers were very friendly and nice but they were still being trained and learning the job so there were some kinks that will be worked out over time. They had a lot of other sweet treats like donuts, egg waffles and bubble tea as well so they are not just good for ice cream!
