Purchased sandals "on sale" for over $60. The strap ripped within 2 weeks. Because of their faulty product I am out a pair of sandals and money. I contacted customer service and they refuse to refund me because I did not purchase online! Completely bogus shoe company. Horrible quality shoes. Never making that mistake of trying a brand I don't trust... Very DISSATISFIED! Quote from the representative: "Purchases outside of our online store do not meet our company return policy or warranty policies." Ok so you can sell crappy Aldo branded shoes and not have to ensure the quality and or replace/return them if they aren't sold online their website? RIDICULOUS.
