When I was a kid, I had a nervous habit of pulling my eyebrows n lashes with my fingers... Suffice it to say, eyebrows n eyelashes dont grow back as easily as the hair on your head! Having to draw in my eyebrows was tedious... So I decided to try permanent makeup... The first artist was not so great... She did not know how to draw at all... So then I went to Colleen in 2007... And I have been going to her ever since... I've had one touchup in 2011 and I'm gonna see her again this year 2015... It's true... She is tough to get a hold of but I swear to u... She is worth it!!!! She is super friendly n very talented!!!! I would not trust my face with anyone else... Permanent makeup is not something u wanna "shop around" for... Get the best -- Colleen! :)
