One of my girlfriend's dragged me along to this place and ordered the special smoothie despite me warning her. The lady who was making her drink was dealing with money and after she got my friend's order, she did not even bother to wash her hands. To make the situation worse, the lady who was making her drink touched the banana she put into my friend's smoothie with her bare hands. It was very disgusting. We told her we wanted another drink because she touched the banana with her hands after dealing with money and she responds with, "I didn't touch it, I swear!". After "swearing" she didn't touch it she turned to her coworkers and started talking in Filipino like she was mad and her coworkers just laughed. We both saw her touching the banana and other customers saw as well. Some of the other customers even told us that they say that too.
Management really needs to emphasize cleanliness and hygiene when it comes to dealing with food.
