I have no idea what Nanette's problem was. My wife started going to her 14 years ago on a weekly basis on the recommendation of a good friend. NEVER has she had a problem. Most of our family has been to her, NEVER a problem. Because of the complete satisfaction of family I started going to Leanne 5 or 6 years ago when my barber retired. Now at 70+ I not only know how I like my hair done, and I'm very picky. NEVER have I had a problem. Yes once in a while we arrive before Leanne does because we sometimes arrive 15-20 minutes early and we are here first customer of the day so when she arrives on time we are sometimes there ahead of time. So again with our many years of experience with Leanne we have no idea of Nanette's problem or complaint. Will we continue going to Leanne? Definately!
