**THIS REVIEW DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEir CHOCOLATES **
I had family over thanksgiving week and decided to do something nice... the idea that Ethel M had an "ICE" skate rink was superrrr... all sounded so nice in my head. Chocolate, holiday lights, and ice skating gosh it didn't get any better. We are all excited, as we arrive we enter the chocolate shop where you are able to see how the factory produces chocolates (FUN). Great so far... we start to follow signs that clearly state ice rink. YES we are finally there! I paid 15$ per child. The lady at the register was not very pleasant, we were all so excited we ignored it. She did inform us that at the end of our ICE skating session (45min) we would be able to pick up hot chocolate with a voucher she provided us. Great! everyone has their ice skates on... the door opens.... annnnnnnndddd my hubby falls on his face and says to me THIS IS NOT ICE, ITS PLASTIC! YES ladies and gents PLASTIC. You can not imagine the disappointment and deceit I felt that very moment!!!! I wanted my money back but my husband wouldn't allow me to complaint. Can ANYONE SAY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I am so disappointment! Sorry ETHel M I will never see you the same!
