I started my membership back in June. The customer service, which is the backbone of all businesses who expect to survive long term, is incredibly lacking. The trainers themselves are great but management needs some serious retraining. If you are in class, you will definitely get a workout, but once you step out, it seems customer service disappears. I cancelled my membership and for two months I was still being billed. I was told the manager I had cancelled my account with was no longer with the company. Phone calls and emails were bounced around manager to manager without canceling my membership or having the billing stopped. Proper record keeping shouldn't walk out the door as often as employees do. Blatantly ignoring issues does not resolve them, Fit Republic.
