Some things are basic and fundamental to a restaurant. The food must be hot if it is suppose to be hot. When you order side items they should be served at the the same time as the entree. What ever comes with the sides or entree should be brought out in advance of the order. These folks don't get any of the basics. They have really good food and they blow it by bringing it out lukewarm and piece meal. This causes a flair up in the family and results in a ruined overall good time. The staff tried to make it right but after the family outing is ruined what is the point in a 50% discount. Keep your discount just learn the basics.
