If ever there is a variation to the original quote, like in our case a part was a little more expensive than originally expected, Nick called and let me know and asked for permission to go ahead buy it for our project. Many other businesses would just surprise you at the end and spring it on you in the invoice.
We've had Nick install our water heater, whole house water filtration, our RO system, and our instant-on hot water system, and work on a handful of plumbing issues that we have experienced since moving into our home 3 years ago.
