I'm pretty easy customer. Bring my prescription in and pick up next day. I've been on my medication for years and the doctors prescribes me a 3 month's supply each visit so i can cut down on my visits. Recently, Sam's club changed their policy and will only accept prescriptions the day before it can be filled. OK cool. The tech tells me to come back on Friday. Well I come back today and and they tell me I have to come back tomorrow. I can't really blame the tech's it seems there is a high turnover rate. Im a pretty easy and patient customer but today was the last straw. I switched over to the Walgreen's half a mile down the street. They checked my prescript and said YES they could fill it today. Something isn't ass up. Poor customer service, long waits, rude employees (Not all) and crappy rules. Save yourself time and aggravation and use a walgreens or CVS.
