I've now been here for both a colonoscopy and endoscopy and I've had wonderful experiences with both. The facility is clean & well organized-you get what you need done and it doesn't take all day. The best part of this place however, is the staff! I suffer from health anxiety and getting medical procedures tends to scare me. The staff at Thunderbird Endoscopy are wonderful! They walk you through everything, comfort you and always have a smile! I know it sounds silly since I'm a grown woman, but being surrounded by caring, mother-type figures when you are doing a scary/unfamiliar medical test is such a comfort. The staff here really makes you feel safe and well taken care of & I thank them for that.
