It is hard to find a good audi shop in Arizona. I don't know why this is but it's a fact. With that said, these guys do a pretty good job. Their prices are fair and although there seems to be a little bit of up sale attempts whenever I have work done, they seem to be pretty thorough in diagnosing things that need to be repaired. I do have to say this though, the reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 4 is because they didn't take ownership for breaking an item on my car. Instead, the service person (no names because otherwise he was a really nice guy) basically argued with me and told me that I was wrong. It's my car - i think I know it better than you. And by the way, if it was broken when I brought it in, shouldn't your service person inform you so that you can let me know and ask if I would like it fixed. Anyway, a yelp review and another $40.00 spent on ebay buying a new hood strut and we are back in business. I miss Colorado, the audi capital of America.
