Subaru Canada customer service could take pointers from this dealership.Frustrated with the lack of help from the aforementioned, I visited Subaru Brampton. Dean was helpful despite being swamped by work orders. He may not have the best disposition, but he is well versed. My visit included John from parts, and you will quickly learn he is there for the customer.The owner, and their GM must care, or this smaller dealer could be like others, profit margin before customer; misunderstanding one affects the other.Only giving a 4 star because I haven't needed any major repairs yet.
