This company did the worst install job i have ever seen. My roof unit had a access hole cut on the duct that was left open, and the seal from the ac unit to the duct had HUGE air leaks. This new unit was working at 50%. An average person wouldn't have noticed something like this due to the unit being on the 2nd story rooftop. I don't know what kind of drugs these people were on when they installed this unit.
