Never fails...every time my 2001 Jetta has a "boo-boo" of some sort and I call Sam, he says "bring it in when you get off work, we'll take a look"! me...(sigh of relief!") Jetta and I have visitied Lusty Wrench 3 times now for either an oil change, or a strange noise of some sort and the estimate, price and workmanship always meet with my approval...Sam is knowlegible, understanding and fair and keeps Jetta going for me....not to mention, he and his staff (of one? or two?) are really good guys! Thanks~ Cheri
