I wish I could give this dental practice ZERO stars. The one hygienist who normally does my teeth is very rude and short with me at all times. Very sarcastic also, in an failing attempt to be funny.
Recently, my mom had some dental work done and she paid in full as she does not have full dental insurance. She does have a reimbursement policy and it took a couple of months for Dr. Tang and his office staff to send the x-ray from my mother's work in to the "reimbursement" insurance. Then finally they did and mailed my mom her check. Yesterday she got a very tersely spoken call where they told my mom in a condescending tone "not to spend the check and to bring it back in to Dr. Tang" My mom called them and said, "I've already paid Dr. Tang in full" and then they realized yes she had.
We will not be going back to East West Dental and we are so disappointed because we've been going there for a few years.
