R and I stopped in for a moment of relaxation, wine, and a snack on Black Friday. Problem was, I wanted dessert, which Corkscrew lacked, and the sole bartender seemed super stressed out. So we went to Kilwins for said dessert, and came right back. I initially ordered the Merlot, but it tasted a bit too acidic, like it'd gone off a bit, but the tender quickly replaced it with a better-tasting Chianti.
Ambiance was quite busy, with Dave Matthews Band playing somewhat loudly. Not what I would call romantic, but I could see how, with the lights dimmed and softer music playing, it'd make for a great date spot.
