You know how everyone complains about bad customer service - this will be the opposite of that.
Went in to get a pay-as-you-go card for my old phone to use when have overseas family in town as it is just easier to keep the same number every time it happens. Let the guy know what I was looking for. He broke down what they could do, checked I had a Telus phone, then recommended I go to KooDoo (same company) as they had a better deal on pay-as-you-go... Wait what? Brilliant! Congrats on doing the best for your customer, managing to keep it in the business, and blowing me away so much I write a review about you. If more customer service staff went out of their way to do what you did, there would be many more loyal customers around.
If I ever decide to jump ship on my current provider you will be my first stop.
