This has been the worst experience at a car wash ever! We came on Sunday to take advantage of the 30% off on the full detailing, which left the car looking pretty dang good.
Now, I know this is a lengthy process, but why did it take 4 hours to finish the car?! As we sat waiting for the car to be completed, we saw customer after customer come and go without issue. I don't know how to put into words how frustrating it was looking out at the car as if nothing had been done and it taking twice the amount of time it should have.
If you're reading this, find somewhere else to go to make sure you don't waste half of your day for the amount you pay.
