Aside from the obvious, (it's a DMV, there are long lines, extremely long waits, the works) this particular location isn't too bad. The parking lot is small for the amount of traffic the building receives, but the waiting area has at least 150 chairs, 36 service windows, reasonably sized bathrooms, a clean waiting area and staff members that aren't (too) rude. They began to use phone numbers instead of tickets and categorize your wait time based on what service is being provided. You can check your status and the update gives you an estimated wait time, with the option to "Leave" the line or ask for more time if you've left the building. There is a small snack bar towards the front of the building where you can buy overpriced drinks and food, if you're desperate enough. Whenever I come to this location, the whole process usually takes me around 2-2.5 hours, on a busy day. I've also been in and out in 1 hour or less. All in all, not the worst DMV I've ever been into, just not my favorite place in the world.
