Worst customer service and huge lack of communication. I had to call in to get my estimate after 3 days because they never bothered to take the time to call me. Also, had to call multiple times to find out when my car would be ready. If you want to be updated on your car, don't go to this Wilburn location. On the flip side, the Enterprise connected has impeccable customer service if you need to rent a car.
