When I 1st started coming here service was AWESOME. From making the appointments, checking in with Jenna, the services and check out - all great. The last few times have been nothing to write home about. I chalked it up to high turn over all of a sudden, plus Jenna (receptionist) no longer there. Last few times its been a different receptionist who seems like they have no idea what's going on. I used to get taken to the locker room, for a robe, sandles & locker. Now I have to walk myself to the sitting area, then when I go from service to service, put my clothes back on and take them off again, at next service. Rooms vary in temperature. One room humid and musty, the next freezing, with a thin sheet. When I got there, there's a sign on the receptionist desk saying closed, sorry call this #. WHAT!!!!!!! When someone did come to the desk, told them I had appointments and was asked - do you know what kind of facial are you having? What comes with your package? You're the employee, you tell me. When checking out, I asked if there was cash in the drawer, so I could break some money down. NOPE, no money at all. So OVERTIPPED - like by 50%. I was asked why I keep coming back, if I keep having bad experiences. Well, today took away the maybe it will be better this time thought. I'm done. There are to many other establishments to be a patron of, then with Groupon's and Living Social's......... I made the appointments the day before (and said i would be using Spafinder gift cards) and the day of, I'm getting a call from the owner asking for the gift certificate / spa finder #''s now - my appointment was 5 hours later. At a past facial - I have peach fuzz cheeks. The facialist somehow shaved my face and when I left had NO hair, on my cheeks. At a past massage, I told the woman I had a lot of tension in my shoulders - she does ALL the work on my back, while I'm lying on my back. Said she could work it better this way. It was crazy. I left with more knots by doing it this way.
