When my wife told me an all you can eat Japanese restaurant opened up in Vaudreuil I was beyond excited. A couple of issues. 1. They water down the soy sauce which is ridiculous. I know it's not the cheapest commodity to buy but it's a horrible move. 2. Service is fair. You order off the iPad, which is fine but the staff are neither friendly or contentious so it's a wash. 3. The menu is a mix of Japanese and Chinese which could probably satisfy the local market. Not a big fan of this. Sashimi is a 7/10. Rolls are 7.5/10. The sushi rice they use is very average. It's worth a visit if you have a craving for Japanese but don't expect a huge list of sushi...it's primarily rolls and fried dishes. All this being said, it's still probably your better option for Japanese in the area. 3 stars
