Just reviewing the late night menu/experience...
...And it is awesome. Especially for Madison where real late night options tend to be sparse and basically mush mush pizza. The steak sandwich is divine with that au jus. Let's be real too especially if you've had a night's worth of New Glarus & Ale Asylum in your gut.
You can get a real drink or just a simple beer here, so it's not particularly exclusive or expensive if don't want it to be. But if you want to go all out you certainly can throw down for a fattie steak, conspiring in one their intimate booths like a mob boss as if you're discussing how to deal with scabs down at the warf strikes. Or just grab a big table in the back if you're a large group!
