The worst service dept experience. The two people i dealt with were defensive dismissive and rude when posed simple questions. Especially on cost of items,In this case tires. There was a price difference of over two hundred dollars between tires and install between downtown and audi dealers north of city. This was a second chance for audi downtown for me because of a previous visit that went bad and the manager called to apologize then and said give us a chance so we will make it right. Sorry i will never go there again.
