It seems that Cox Cable has an extreme ethics moral problem their employees All lye and have no issue with it. They do bait and switch. They tell you when you change your service that your current price is X number of dollars and then when you come in and bringing your equipment to upgrade and do what they ask you to do. The price is no longer honored from what it was on the phone till what time it is when you're in the building. And then the person behind the counter says oh I'm sorry I don't know what happened there's nothing I can do. So you're forced to accept and believe what that person is telling you although you know it's a lie. This company has no moral compass whatsoever they will lie cheat and steal from their customers and claim that they are giving you a valued service. If I could give them negative 50 stars I would if I could take the equipment and give it back to them and not have to worry about the internet to perform my business I would not have Cox Cable I will never have Cox Cable in my home other than their internet I hate them. If you could do business with any other company besides Cox Cable please do don't go through the headaches that we have gone through three hours on the telephone and hour-and-a-half in-store not worth it they don't care
