I wish I could give this guy no stars! Scotty and his team are crooks! Lying cheap ba*tard! He will milk you for all you got if your not familiar with the functions of your pool. But then again who has a degree in pool management lol. He will intentionally break parts and tell you that you need replacements. The worst was when one of his guys blew up a $1000 pool equipment and denied ever being there when there were eye witnesses (my tenant) who was so scared because it sounded like a bomb exploded. I drove 300 miles to meet this crook at my home with my tenant just to hear him deny everything. That's when I told him to leave and to never show his face again! Scotty you are such a looser! If you think that breaking people things and never fixing it or in this case replacing it is going to get you far then your wrong. It's only a matter of time that people hear about your workmanship before your out of business. I should of contacted the BBB and reported all this but I felt sorry for the guy. But what I should of done is charge you the 1000 it cost me to replace my equipment. Long story short stay away!!!!!
