I have been consistently exercising for over 30 years, I have pretty much tried it all. What I really enjoyed about my OTF class was the simplicity and variety of the exercises. Basic old school exercises combined to make the class tough, interesting, and even a little fun!
As a certified trainer for 20 years, I was pleased to see all the modifications offered in the work out and by our coach. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.
