I can't wait to go back! With the chilly fall weather creeping in on us, there is no better meal to warm you up than Pho. I really enjoyed our experience here in this quiet little restaurant in the strip. If you've never had Pho before, it's worth a try! You can be as adventurous (tripe) or as tame (chicken/beef) as you'd like. The broth is so incredibly flavorful and paired with the basil, noodles and bean sprouts...YUM. My only complaint was that the soup was a little light on the meat, so next time I would probably ask for extra. Besides that, from the service to the food, everything was high-quality and I look forward to coming here again on a cold winter night!
