Total fail on customer service. I went in to purchase some enlarging paper for my photography class. The gent behind the counter, after taking a good hard look at me over his glasses, just could not be bothered to ring up my purchase. He did so begrudgingly, but did everything he could to delay and slow down the process. At one point he stopped to have a nice chat with another employee behind the counter. If there was something he could do to delay the checkout he did it.
It is hard to verbalize how frustrating this purchase was. I will gladly pay more to order from B&H or Freestyle from now on.
