I am so disappointed with the customer service, or more accurately, lack thereof. I had my windshield replaced and they left a tool in my vehicle. a few days later I noticed my windshield wiper fluid would not spray. I thought maybe it was a coincidence, but I emailed customer service just in case. They asked for more information and then never got back to me. Next the plastic trim around my rear view mirror fell off. I took the car in for service and the said the wiper fluid tubes had not been reconnected and the plastic trim was broken and they tried to stick it back together with some black goo. I spent $136.10 to fix their mess. I emailed customer service a few more times and had zero response.
