If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I dropped my car off the first week April to repair a small dent in my bumper. My family has been going to Pete for any car issue for years. When we dropped it off, Pete told us it would be ready in a week. We called after a week and he told us it would take longer since they had to wait for a new bumper and that the body behind the bumper was seriously messed up. After him dodging our calls for a few more weeks, I decide to go in and check on it. I find that nothing has been done on my car. He says the bumper they had brought in broke so they were waiting for a new one. While all this was happening, Pete was telling me that Arcadia Body Shop was moving locations and so it might take a little longer. Since I've known him for a while, I was okay with that because he has always taken great care of my families cars. Went to the location and saw this location has been torn down. All phones disconnected and Pete is awol with my car. Called USAA and filing a police report
