I made reservations three months ago. One month prior to arrival, due to a death in the family, asked to have the paid reservations delayed and held in credit for possibly two months or so. Absolutely refused. Extremely insensitive hotel policy, cannot recommend this incredibly money-hungry, profit-only concern business. Have found better consderations elsewhere.
A 'Heart of Stone' rock has been dedicated to both the Hampton Inn and the Hilton in at one of our prayer sites in Northern Arizona. Prayers will be offered in tribute to the way in which our loved ones were treated by these two corporations.
