Marcus was fantastic. I had an unusual situation where the tile installers didn't clean the grout properly leaving a milky haze every where. Marcus took over an hour testing sections with me, showing me how the end result would look. He wanted to make absolutely sure that I was going to be happy with the work he did. My timeline was super tight so he scheduled me for a Saturday (his day off!) and the house was even out of his typical service area! Top notch! I have found my lifelong tile/carpet cleaning company and will refer no one else!
