I need more than five stars to adequately define my experiences with Smart Motors Toyota Scion. I recently made my third new vehicle purchase at Smart, and the entire process far exceeded my expectations. (1) Sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Mike F. took far more time than I expected with me, and he fully explained everything about the Scion iM and the purchase process. He did so in a manner that made me feel at ease (I would never be treated this way at a big box auto dealer). (2) The overview of vehicle operation at end of sales process was very thorough. (3) Loan processing and actual purchase were seamless. My summary: I recommend Smart Toyota Scion to anyone expecting (a) a high-quality vehicle, (b) sales and service staff who will treat you with respect and honesty, (c) fair prices with no pressure to spend more than you can afford, and (d) after-purchase follow-up and quick responses to questions. It is a pleasure having this locally owned dealership in Madison.
