Long story short.
Threw the "dirty" rag on the table I was sitting at- to the other table, when walking into the bar seating area. Waiter saw that and gave me a dirty look. Had 20 minutes until his sexton closed, he gave some girls some stuff and helped them, came to us 5 minutes before shift (yes, 15 minutes passed) and then said here's so menus, I'm leaving.
Then, we pick what we want and go to bar, he says, "wrong menu". Gave us another one, finally ordered and they delivered. Overall it was okay- not so bad, but not so good. I figured for having table seating it might be a little better than standard bar food, but not that impressed.
I get the waiter, but just get over it, obviously I wasn't purposely being a jerk, I just didn't see you.
I also got eye-rolled for smoking and as well as they held their noses, by two "dimbo" girls. It's a bar, 2AM, get over yourselves. Speaking of them, the crowd was young, too much for me. Can't believe I'm saying that and I'm not even 29, that's both: depressing and pitiful.
