I've had a personal trainer for years, and had my butt kicked.... but nothing like Barre. I am not sure I can really put into words just how difficult these classes are- but you feel great. And as a newbie to Barre the instructors are so patient with me and work with me. I have been telling everyone about barre and to do barre ! I already see a difference in my arms and chest!
