Very nice staff, comfortable waiting area (snacks, coffee, & water), super slow wait for service. I came in for an oil change at 9am (I arrived a few minutes early - 8:45am) and didn't get out of there until after 11am. Kinda crazy. I do believe some places (jiffy lube) don't put the correct oil in, etc, so I felt better about bringing it to Mazda to be serviced. However I'll probably be using a mom & pop shop from now on. $50 for an oil change? No...just no... For changing by headlight bulb and oil change + filter = $116....
